Orders

Yep, you’ll need one. But don’t worry, it only takes a minute to set up and once you have one, shopping is super easy. You can enjoy faster checkouts, save your addresses, make custom wishlists, and even preview the newest collections!

After you’ve placed your order and made the payment, we’ll send you a confirmation email and text message to the contact details you provided.

No problem at all. Just head over to the ‘My Purchases’ page and click the ‘Re-order’ button. From there, you can either resend the gift to the same address or choose a different one.

Unfortunately, we don’t accept Cash on Delivery at the moment. Sorry about that!

Absolutely. To request a return, simply log into your account and head over to the ‘My Purchases’ tab. Find the order you want to return and raise a request there. Alternatively, you can also email us at contact@thestrangegoods.com to request a return.

Payments

We take all major national credit cards and debit cards. Plus, you can also pay via net banking or UPI.

We have a no-refund policy. However, you may request a refund against the return of damaged or partially incomplete orders by writing to us at contact@thestrangegoods.com. We will connect with you and let you know if your request can be accepted or not. Once the refund request has been processed, you will receive the amount within 7 working days. Please note that the delivery charges will not be refunded in any case.

Returns and Refunds

To return an item, just hit us up at contact@thestrangegoods.com or Whatsapp us at +91 89029 38135. But, we need the Invoice Number to process your request. You’ll get this number on your mobile and email, which you provided during the ordering process.

We only accept returns if the order is incomplete or the items are damaged when they reach you. If you ordered perishable goods or any products mentioned in our Terms and Conditions, they can’t be returned.

If a product gets to you messed up, you can ask for a replacement. However, some goods may not be available in stock. We try our best to make it happen, but we can’t guarantee it.

When you want a refund for a damaged or incomplete order, we’ll check it out and use our discretion to issue a refund. Also, just so you know, there won’t be any refund for delivery charges.

If you want a refund for a damaged or incomplete order, send us an email at contact@thestrangegoods.com. Once we process your request, it’ll take about 7 working days for you to get your refund. But, remember, we won’t refund the delivery charges.
